  • Filipe was our chef during a 2-week artist residency in the French countryside. His dinners were phenomenal - creative and thoughtful. He created well rounded, healthy and unique meals for our group each evening. He utilized local and seasonal ingredients while keeping each meal interesting and of course, delicious! He was also kind enough to cater to those of us with dietary restrictions, giving us comparable options to the larger dishes. Filipe is easy to get along with and professional - would highly recommend. (He also made it work using a very small kitchen, cooking for our somewhat large group.) Merci, Filipe!
